Q: I have an idea for a project. How much will it cost?
A: Each project has to be evaluated on its own merits. You first must consult with a chemist so that he or she can have an idea about it. The scale up of projects will likely be done through a third party with whom we will discuss. In short, we can not give you an accurate price nor estimate without first knowing all of the details. Obtaining such information is in part what you will be paying for when you purchase some consulting with a chemist.
Q: Do I need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
A: Generally speaking you do not need a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for consulting as we will consider all consulting confidential. However, if you feel that you need a NDA, we would be happy to sign one and email it back to you. If you would like our generic NDA, we can email you one to fill out; we will sign it and keep a copy of it.
Q: Who owns the intellectual property?
